WARAWA – In a rare display of electoral tranquillity, Saturday’s Dawakin Kudu/Warawa Federal Constituency bye-election was adjudged entirely hitch-free by INEC and security agencies. Resident Electoral Commissioner Amb. Abdu Zango praised the flawless operation of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS), noting zero malfunctions and a massive turnout.
